N: A very fruity beginning - apple and pear juice, a hint of ripe quince and wet stone. Overall simple and lush.
P: This is definitely a wine for those who like a dollop of sweetness in their Gris - noticable RS and cheeky acidity keeps simple - yet refreshed. Tinned pear and sweet apple flavors. A short exacting finish with medium weight. Should be good with a wide range of spicy fare.
