Unison Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Hawke's Bay 2013 13%
A thoughtful bouquet and one that captured my attention and sharpened the senses to discover a mineral, stony and elegant appeal - soft peach, pear, appeal and mild tropical flavors and a little herbal quality; Medium++ acidity; a tasty and delicious wine for those who like an 'Old World' style of Sauvignon Blanc in a 'New World' setting.
