Juicy, ripe, vibrant and quite intense - plenty of variety boxes ticked with spiced pear, sweet poached pear and apple and white pepper; a light savory layer adds complexity. On the palate - juicy, luscious and packed with flavor; white fleshed fruits of nectarine and peach with pear and apple returning; just dry with some residual sugar allure. Balanced and well made with a fairly lengthy finish.
