Lone Goat Vineyard

Lone Goat Vineyard Late Harvest Riesling 2007 Canterbury
Very golden and very bright appearance; A bouquet of honeyed stone fruits suggesting sweet apple, honey and apricot jam. On the palate - well integrated and on its final plateau - flavours of sweet lemon, apricot and honeyed apple lead are contrasted well with pretty high acidity adding crispness and length to the finish. Balanced and well made with a medium finish. Drink now and through 2016.

Lone Goat Vineyard Botrytis Selection 2007 Canterbury
Fully integrated and developed bouquet of honey, dried apricots and treacle, some apple; some mineral undertones too and a touch of glace lemon. On the palate - very creamy and very sweet - loaded with honey and stone fruit jams. Lengthy finish. A wine for very sweet dessert indeed, but not impossible to match. Chill well and serve now and through 2016.
