The Bone Line Cabernet Franc 2014 Waipara
Fragrant and distinctive bouquet with a mix of dried herb, dried flowers and oak spices; then dark berry suggestions mainly blackberry and some old plum. On the palate - dry with some significant textures from firm youthful tannins and medium+ acidity; the dried herb, dried flower and spices return adding depth to the flavour and contrast to the dryness. Overall a very smart example that with some more time on bottle should prove to be a worthy investment.
