Palliser Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Martinborough
Distinctive, expressive and loaded with fresh fruit aromas laced with a silty mineral suggestion; some soft spice and floral moments along with a savoury leesy layer add complexity and a point of difference. On the palate - just dry, great core of fruit with juicy salivating acidity, very light savoury mineral layer and a mealy texture adding length and personality. Fairly lengthy finish, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2017.
