Taylor's

Taylor's Chardonnay 2015 Clare Valley Padthaway South Australia
'Classic' and familiar Taylor's Chardonnay bouquet with aromas of peaches and cream, sweet red apple and vanilla; a very light grape fruit note and mild complexity. On the palate - dry, creamy and quite fruity with flavours of ripe stone fruit and sweet apple, a light layer of wood tannin adds depth; medium (ish) acidity and moderate length. A balanced and well made wine - suited to food and fans of the variety.

Taylor's Shiraz 2014 Clare Valley South Australia
Ripe, juicy and very fruity bouquet with loads of black currant and blue fruits; some brown sugar moments and toasted oak, marmite and vanilla suggestions - classic. On the palate - very fruity, medium+ weighted, fine easy tannins and medium acidity; loaded with flavours of black & blue fruits and the sweetness that toasty oak can provide. A very approachable wine ready for drinking now and through 2017.
