Very expressive bouquet with a distinctive combination of sweet grass, lemon barley then rich tropical fruit and a touch of jalapeno spice. On the palate - very juicy and fruity with loads of salivating acidity; lemon, grapefruit, sweet hay and wet stone mineral flavors; some slightly underripe citrus suggestions as well add texture and finish.
