Neudorf Moutere Chardonnay 2015 Nelson
Immediately complex and enticing bouquet of ripe stone fruit and citrus surrounded by French oak scents of of toasty wood & spice. On the palate - equally complex, but also very tense and youthful with powerful impressions of fruit and oak, medium+ acidity, some fine tannins from the oak and a persistent lengthy finish. A lovely wine now, but will be even more rewarding from late 2017 through 2025
