Chard Farm

Chard Farm ‘The Tiger’ Pinot Noir 2014, Lowburn, Central Otago
Varietal bouquet with soft red rose scents followed by red cherry and cranberry; a deeper sniff shows off the mineral core and subtle complexity. On the palate – fine, fruity, crisp, textured and dry. Fine tannins, light red fruit flavours reflect the nose. Medium weight, fine and subtle – the way a Pinot Noir can be, decent length on the finish. Drink now and through 2022.
