and lifted bouquet of Gruner with suggestions of white radish, white pepper,
white flowers, sake, a touch of pineapple and hay; overall a wine that opens-up
the more you engage. On the palate – very youthful with tart citrus and apple
flavours then radish and a vegetal layer emerges, some very fine fruit tannins
adding phenolic texture and length; plenty of refreshing acidity, medium+
length, well made. Drink now and through 2026.
