Fleshy,
ripe and varietal bouquet of Merlot with dark plum and dark berry aromas,
toasty and spicy oak layer adds depth and complexity. On the palate – urgent,
fresh, lots of texture from the tannins and acidity, a youthful expression
still with fresh plum and dark berry flavours laced with toasty oak spices of
vanilla and cinnamon. Abundant tannins with and acidity. Still coming together
slowly with distinctive components needing integration time; quite a lengthy
finish with a decant to drink with food suggestion or best from 2019 through
2028.
