Estate Chardonnay 2016 Waipara North Canterbury
Smoky, toasty, ripe and packed with
aromas and flavours of vanilla scented peach, grapefruit and apple. Quite dry
and complex with a mineral core, medium+ acidity enhanced with new wood and
fine tannins. Quite young and nervous still so best to decant for service.
Ideal drinking from late 2018 through 2024.
