Ripe, plush and quite a vibrant bouquet
with aromas and flavours of apple, citrus, gentle tropical fruit moments, a
touch of spice, sweet flowers and mild lees note. Plush on the palate with
fresh and juicy fruit flavours, coarse silk texture a stony/mineral undertones.
Balanced, fresh and quite lengthy. Drink now and through 2022.

Cottage Reserve Pinot Noir 2016 Central Otago
A charming bouquet with a floral, fresh
fruit and mineral laden beginning, moderate oak suggestions with a fine toasty
wood and brown spice layer. On the palate – flavours of raspberry, cherry and
red apple; some sweet rose and violet floral moments; abundant fine tannins,
medium+ acidity; youthful, fresh and tasty with a fairly lengthy finish. Best
drinking from 2019 through 2029.
